FutureBritz

The West Wind heads and the Churchill arrived late last week and I've been busy converting the future britz. I also have a few heavy weapon exo-suits for each squad. In the back is an Ed-209 type robot.
This is the crew for the 88 MW cannon.

This is the Omega Churchill with some kind of massive gun. Any suggestions for what it is?
I imagine the gun needs to have minimal recoil or else Tommy is losing his lower half.

Dude - that Churchill is marvelously f***ed up!!! I love it. I think the main weapon can be some kind of laser cannon that draws its power from the main engine - leaving the vehicle (in the finest Brit tradition) chronically underpowered.

Laser Cannon it is. I also tried to keep in the spirit of British WWII tanks by riveting the armour plates to the turret.

Yeah - how did you do those rivets?

I rolled some green stuff into a thin snake and let it dry. When it was dry I cut it into small sections and glued them to the tank. Much easier than trying to form rivets out of wet green stuff.

Good thought on the rivets. The models are looking great - FutureBritz are go!!!

Whoah...such model making patience. I barely have the patience to wait for GW paint to dry!

Laser cannon be damned. In the true British style, and considering it is mounted on a Churchill chassis, that has to be a petard mortar for smashing buildings and bunkers at close range. See http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Hobart's_Funnies
